We recognize that leading worship and providing pastoral care for our congregation may not take all your time. For that reason, we encourage you to submit a simple proposal for 10 hours a week of ministry to the greater Milton community.
Your unique gifts and abilities will shape the proposal. Put together your best ideas.
- It may be that you’ll suggest 10 hours per week of counselling services provided by the congregation at Boston for people in need.
- Maybe you’ll want to launch a music school utilizing your skills and that of others (we have an exceptional musician as our organist) to provide lessons at an affordable price.
- Perhaps you’re interested in art or theatre that can be used to serve the community of Milton and engage them in the ministries of the church.
- You may prefer to invest those 10 hours per week as a volunteer chaplain at the hospital, in hospice or in nursing homes.
